Marketing Agency requires a PROJECT CO ORDINATOR – HILLCREST OFFICES
Duties:
Management of clients’ content calendars
● Management of clients’ budgets
● Budget tracking: has all work been invoiced?
● Preparation of clients’ statement of work contracts, including updates to these when
scope of work or commercials change
● Improvements to community management processes and development of new
processes to constantly improve our services
● Weekly overview of all social media clients’ dashboards to ensure they are tracking
well, with report back to client on a monthly basis
● Overseeing scheduling of all social media posts for all clients
● Oversee Social Coordinator to ensure that scheduled posts for your clients have gone
out as planned.
● Consistent update of client records on Client Data sheets
● Meet with each retainer client on a monthly basis to:
○ Discuss plans for the month
○ Talk about any promotions/campaigns coming up
○ Gauge if they are happy or unhappy about anything
○ Plan for the next three months coming up
Experience Requirements:
● Good knowledge of Google environment – Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets
● Understanding of all major social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc
● MailChimp, Google AdWords and WordPress experience advantageous
