Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal / external clients, Handle requests and inquiries appropriately Manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments, Produce reports, presentations and summaries
Proven work experience as a personal assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Discretion and confidentiality, Project Management Certifiacate / Office Management certification would be considered an advantage.
