JOB DESCRIPTION
Personal Administration duties to the Managing
Director.
Managing all functions, including staff, related to the marketing, reservations and smooth running of The Dunranch House B&B.
Oversee Marketing and Public Relations in all the Dunranch Group businesses.
Numerous General Responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS
At Least 5 years’ experience in a PA position in a reputable company
A commitment to become fully involved
Enthusiastic and confident with
strong people skills
High level of proficiency with MS Office & information systems
Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong administrative and secretarial skills
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
Well organised with great Time Management skills
Ability to multi-task, to prioritise workload and to work under pressure
