Pam Golding Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking for motivated individuals who are interested in a career in real estate and want to represent an internationally recognized brand. The primary focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of successful property marketing and sales. They must provide excellent customer service and meet all job requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST reside in or near Milnerton and have a valid driver’s license as well as their own reliable vehicle.
Applicants.
Grade 12;
Be in a position to request a valid Fidelity certificate;
Own laptop and mobile phone
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transportation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Be familiar with the rules and regulations in real estate;
Computer skills;
Good interpersonal and listening skills;
Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and nights).
It must come from a sales experience;
Offer exceptional customer service;
Adhere to principles and values;
Adapt and respond to change;
Deal with pressure and setbacks;
Being able to work under pressure.
