Salary: R12 000 p.m plus benefits
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage staff files
Complete the recruitment process as per company EE plan and company specifications
Manage IOD file and cases. Ensure all cases gets closed out
Manage all HR documents and ensure all staff has signed and been issued with the relevant
document and that their files are up to date
Company cell phones billing, queries, stolen
Attend to staff queries questions and concerns
Document yearly staff increases and Bonuses
Compile year end leave forms and breakdown for sign off by MD & FD
Reissue all company documents and ensure all employees returned signed copies
Manage company CCTV system and ensure all cameras are working and recording
Health & Safety committee meetings
Manage vehicle tracking and camera system – ensure they are all working
Manage outside staffing agencies for temporary staff. Check times and invoicing
Complete weekly wages and update sick leave and FRL leave
Attend to disciplinary action in consultation with Snr Management
