Operations and Customer liaison officer for a small business based in Fourways, JHB North

Please note that this is an in-office position and not a work from home.

Skills required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual – English & Afrikaans preferred)
Fully computer literate (Google Sheets/ Excel a must. Able to type quickly and accurately and have a working understanding of databases/ large spreadsheets)
Social Media savvy
Very high Attention to detail
Work under pressure in a dynamic/ fast paced environment
Work autonomously as well as part of a team
Communicate effectively/ clearly with colleagues and clients (verbal and written)
Problem solver – create a win/ win for client and company
Working knowledge of Johannesburg and surrounding areas (Google Maps)
Professional, friendly telephone manner

Tasks:
Client Liaison
Handle all interactions with clients regarding bookings, complaints, compliments and any other required communications from and to clients. Either via message or telephonically.
Handle and book all new clients
Canvas new clients

Operations:
Handle queries from the grooming teams
Handle all daily required logistics for the grooming teams to deliver their services
Handle changing and updating customer records
Handle all the routing and scheduling of grooming teams daily
Manage invoices
Manage staff queries and issues
Ensure all processes are adhered to
Daily tracking of the grooming teams

Social media :
manage responses from clients and prospects
