Our client in the Telecommunications industry is seeking a well organized Office Administrator/PA to join their team based in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:
Well presented.
Highly organized.
Trustworthy.
Pays attention to detail.
Able to multitask.
Computer literate with Excel and Office.
Proficient in digital filing and tech savvy.
Can work under pressure.
Must be able to adapt to different work environments.
Team player.
Able to travel.
Take a keen interest in business, commerce, and economics.
Candidate must have their own laptop.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeping the diaries for upper management.
Facilitating the day-to-day tasks by giving out instructions to the relevant teams as and when required to do so.
Assist upper management with various administrative tasks in promoting and driving efficiency in the backend of the business.
