RESPONSIBILITY
A typical day would involve: accurate typing, editing and formatting of admin documentation
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Basic debtors’ function by managing suppliers and suppliers accounts
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the public
Filing /archiving /data capturing
New client take-in procedures
Debtors collection
Preparation of quotes and assisting thereof
Adhoc tasks given by management
Must have knowledge of SARS (e-filing system and functions, assistance with submissions and changes on e-filing)

REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Secretarial/bookkeeping Certificate or any other similar office administrator qualification (2–3 years working experience min)
Highly Computer Literate (MS Office)

SKILLS
English (Afrikaans is a plus) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)
Telephone Etiquette
Office administration skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Customer service attitude
Self-motivated and results-driven
Professional personal presentation
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure
Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant
