Our client is looking for a Mechanic with experience in the logistics industry to join their team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent position.
Minimum requirements:
• N6 Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience post apprenticeship
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance of the company’s vehicle/equipment
• Ensure the availability of the company’s vehicles/equipment
• Performing mechanical services (inspections analysis, adjustments, alignment, etc)
• Ensure the conservation of the company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities)
