DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate all staff and marketing, advertising and promotion activities at the regional level.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects to increase lead generation and lead conversion rates.
Develop, build and maintain relationships with key industry players, including media partners.
Develop, build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, such as accountants, brokers and other service providers for SMEs.
Monitor, develop and approve regionally marketing materials such as website banners, brochures and media campaigns.
Research and collect relevant information to help operational staff prepare for presentations, interviews, and press releases.
Plan and implement a Western Cape-centric digital communication strategy based on the main digital communication strategies at the company level.
Monitoring of marketing activities of operational teams
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
A tertiary qualification related to relevant marketing, which must have a minimum degree
Financial experience and / or operational and / or commercial experience in an SME environment
The ability to organize and coordinate online and offline events, including webinars.
Experience in conducting webinars and other online events.
Event planning and organization skills
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of work experience in a marketing / finance environment.
A relevant network of SMEs established in the Western Cape
Be able and willing to travel.
