Pinehaven Country Estate, a prestigious residential area in Westrand, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage and oversee all maintenance and related activities, as well as farm personnel.
The successful candidate will report to the Property Manager and will have experience in maintenance of buildings, gardens, electricity and civil infrastructure.
Ideally, the person will have more than 10 years of experience with a suitable trade.
Practical experience in all of these areas is essential.
