REQUIREMENTS
Grade 10 / Standard 8 or equivalent. Ability to read and write. Ready to work under pressure. Prepared to work in shifts (Night, weekends and holidays). Possess physical strength and ability to cope with the physical demands of the job. One or more years of industrial laundry experience will serve as an added bonus.
HOMEWORK
Collect, sort and count dirty / contaminated clothes in / from different areas. Prepare and send the laundry to the service provider. Operate different laundry machines and equipment (i.e. wash, dryer, iron, press, etc.). Purging and washing dirty clothes. Receive clean bedding from the service provider. Delivery and delivery of clean clothes to relevant departments / areas. Packing clean clothes on the shelves. Keeping track of bedding not received. Cleaning of the washing area. Participate in the linen inventory process. Perform any other official function delegated by the Supervisor.
