JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure smooth flow within the Human
Resources Department
Ensure all functions and processes are carried out consistently, fairly and effectively
Oversee and execute various HR administrative tasks in accurately and professionally
Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner while maintaining highest level of service
REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
2 years previous experience in HR Administration Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)
Excellent communication interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise
Good Organisational skills
Should have excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English Solid administration skills
Be able to work in a team orientation
Be flexible and able to work in a multi-tasking role
