Our client based in Southern Johannesburg is urgently looking for a Junior HR Manager to manage personnel and all aspects of the HR process for all of its branches in South Africa. This candidate will be expected to do travelling between branches across SA.

Job Description:
Placing of advertisements for open positions,
Screening and shortlisting of prospect candidates,
Interviewing & employing candidates,
Staff training,
Obtaining health & safety charts for all branches,
Issuing of written warnings,
Conducting disciplinary hearings.
Key attributes & Competencies:
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English),
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to work under pressure,
The candidate needs a high emotional intelligence level.
Ability to accurately identify and respond to emotions,
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively,

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Grade 12,
A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage,
2+ years experience in a Junior HR role,
Valid driver’s licence,
A well-rounded understanding of HR, practical knowledge and technical skills is a requirement.
Experience as an HR administrator, assistant or coordinator will be beneficial.

Salary will be market-related, and the candidate’s experience will be taken into account.
