Randburg Based Culinary School is looking for a young and passionate chef to join their team as a Junior Lecturer.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification equivalent to NQF5 / Recognizable Diploma qualification as a Professional Chef
Minimum 2 years solid industry experience
Assessor and moderator qualification would be an advantage
Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must have basic knowledge on Food Costing and Calculations
Must be able to confidently and fluently present theoretical and practical lessons in English
Must have working knowledge of all sectors of the Hospitality Industry
Must have a passion for teaching
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
