IT Asset Administrator (Gauteng)
Asset Administration:
Update and manage the IT insurance register.
Conduct random audits of IT assets.
Maintain inventory records in the storeroom and manage stock balances.
Enforce strict control measures for IT storage facilities.
Adhere to IT Asset Management (ITAM) policies and procedures.
General Responsibilities:
Provide support to the ITSM and ITAM team.
Assist IT Manco with administrative support as needed.
Requirements
Formal Education:
Matric
Diploma in Office Administration
Technical/Legal Certification:
A+ (advantage)
ITIL Foundation
ITIL Asset Management (advantage)
Advanced Microsoft Office
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working with asset management and auditing in an IT or finance environment.
