REQUIREMENTS
· 6 months experience in a contact centre environment, providing a customer support service (proven international exposure a definite advantage)
· Matric (Grade 12)
· Solid understanding and experience with troubleshooting (preferably with tech/mobile products)
· Computer literacy
· Great communication skills with a clear and precise telephone etiquette
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets
· Excellent customer service skills, and a positive customer-centric attitude
