Location :ALRODE JHB

Our client in the steel industry requires a candidate with strong administrative skills to join their dynamic sales team.

REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 / equivalent
• Experience and Requirements:
• • 3 or more years’ recent experience working in engineering or steel trading industry
• Computer literate advanced skills in Excel (spreadsheets & formulas)
• • Good telephone and communication skills
• Reside close to Alrode (able to start at 7am in the morning) office hours 7am to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and Fridays until 3
• • Reliable transport
• A stable work record and have contactable references

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data capturing of orders
•Invoicing Customers
• Communicating with customers telephonically and email correspondence
•Completing of non-conformance reports
• Dealing with customer complaints and returns
•Must be a team player
• Various other admin related duties required
