Internal Sales/Office Administrator
Meteor Lighting based in Pinetown has a vacancy available for an Internal Sales/Office Administrator
We are looking for a neat and professional, not forgetting dynamic female for this position. The candidate will work from our Pinetown Office based in Maxmead, Pinetown. So we would prefer someone from the Upper Highway Area. Previous work experience in wholesale/electrical or lighting will be given first preference. Some of the duties include:
- Answering calls
- Quoting customers
- Processing orders/credits
- Filing
- Stock Control
What we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess a matric certificate
- Any tertiary qualifications will be highly appreciated
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- A minimum of 2years continuous work experience in Office Admin
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- English as a first language
- Confident and professional
- Reside in the Upper Highway area
- Someone with their own reliable transport
- A fast learner with some technical knowledge or abilities
- Problem solver
- Ability to work unsupervised
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00am – 16:30pm
Fri 8:00am – 16:00pm
