DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will receive incoming calls from customers and turn buyers into satisfied customers by educating them about products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact the leads provided by the customer by phone
Finalize quotation and process sale of products
Follow up with leads in a timely manner as needed
Adhere to internal sales processes
Work to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
Promote a culture of treating clients fairly and acting in the best interest of the client.
Always promote “best practices”
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification
Exceptional listening skills
Computer knowledge
Take responsibility for accuracy and performance.
Spoken and written skills
