Alert Engine Parts is searching for an IBT Clerk to join the branch in Goodwood. The purpose of this position is to ensure that inter branch transfers of stock is managed and recorded correctly at all times. The successful candidate will need to enjoy working with number with a good understanding of excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for IBT transfers to branches including Stock/Sales/Excesses
Receipt of branch IBT’s
Daily zero stock on hand report
Daily lost sales report
Responsible for Salesman local stock buyouts
Head Office requests (part number supersession/Excess requests)
Filing and administration
REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Experience in a similar environment
Organized, accurate and professional
Good with numbers & calculations
Technically minded with an interest in the Motor Industry
Must be willing to work in a team as well as on your own
A quick learner who will be willing to speak up if there is a problem
An honest and trustworthy individual
Able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS, Excel and Word
Clear criminal record
