Management training program
The Tiger Brands Management Internship Program is a 24-month accelerated development program that aims to recruit bachelor / Btech graduates who demonstrate the potential to achieve senior leadership positions in the organization. TMs in various disciplines are selected and carried through a structured blended learning program that is intended to prepare them for roles within the organization.

What are we looking for in the Tiger Brands management training program?
Successful candidates in the program must have a desire to develop a career in a leading consumer goods company, have a strong academic record at an accredited institution, and have recently completed their 3- or 4-year tertiary degree.

The type of qualifications that are viewed favorably for entering the graduate program include:

Engineering: Bachelor / Bachelor (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial and Electrical) Supply Chain: Bachelor BCom (Logistics, Supply Chain) Human Resources: Bachelor BCom (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology) Corporate Affairs: Bachelor (Business Administration, Economics, Company Development, Communications, Strategic Communication, Journalism) Marketing: Bachelor’s Degree (Specialization in Marketing) Client: BCom Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields (Entrepreneurship, Economics, Business Administration, etc.) Finance: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and completion of level 2 CTAResearch & Development: Bachelor or Btech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology Africa: Business Administration, Economics, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Sales and Marketing

The minimum requirements you must meet are listed below:

65% academic average
Citizen of the country of recruitment
A relevant bachelor’s or btech degree
It would be advantageous to complete postgraduate studies High levels of ambition and self-motivation, supported by a strong desire for a career at FMCG, within Tiger Brands Leadership and teamwork capabilities Must have demonstrated the potential for high performance and innovation throughout their qualification. worked full time (more than 1 year, not including workplace experience) in your field of study
Recent graduate from a tertiary institution Under the age of 25 Work authorization in the country for which the application is submitted Geographical mobility – will move to different locations during the training program and will need to relocate Microsoft Office competency Must have a license from drive valid.
