We are looking to hire an HR
Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR
The attendee is expected to be a conceptual thinker with excellent organization and
time management skills. It must be reliable and accurately follow
instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize at a rapid pace
environment.

To ensure success, HR assistants
must show remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a
strong understanding of employee relations, personnel management and payroll
and benefits administration. The best candidates will be excellent at problem solving,
efficient in scheduling and accurate in the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all internal and external inquiries or requests related to human resources.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
Serve as a point of contact with providers and benefits administrators.
Assist with the hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain HRM Tea Calendars
Oversee the completion of compensation and benefits documentation.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events.
