Salary: R35,000 to R45,000 per month CTC (negotiable) according to experience and qualification
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant qualification in HR
Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling all aspects of human resources (preference is given to candidates who have acquired this experience in an automotive-related environment)
Must have proven experience in IR and handling all aspects of staff including hearings and all CCMA issues
You must have a good understanding of the MERSETA grant application requirements and processes.
Must have experience writing and submitting a WSP to MERSETA
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Secure, proactive and driven disposition
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to ensure strict adherence to procedures.
Well presented and spoken
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Fully responsible for the HR Department
Recruitment and selection of personnel
All matters relating to the RI, including hearings and CCMA representation
Formation and development
Ensuring a strict protocol and procedures for the company and staff.
Staff performance reviews
Submit the workplace skills plan to MERSETA according to their requirements.
Conduct an in-depth statistical analysis of organizational skill development and training trends.
Develop relevant documentation to prepare training provider presentation.
