Salary: R20 000 to R30 000 per month commensurate with experience and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements:
Lovely opportunity for seasoned HR generalist, with a minimum of 10 years HR experience
• Overseeing HR for 2 factories (structures and systems are all in place and running smoothly)
• Council, discipline and conduct hearings
• Attending wage negotiations
• Oversee payroll
• Training
• Health and Safety
• Ensuring all staff licenses in the factory are compliant and up to date
• Overseeing clinic
• Co-ordinating of building and maintenance
• Arranging of international Directors and Clients travel and entertainment itinerary and attending of certain company dinners
• Taking minutes of meetings
• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive
