Fine Chemicals requires the service of a highly competent Receptionist/HR Administrator.
Minimum Education Qualification Matric/Grade 12. A tertiary qualification in Office Administration would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3years relevant experience in Office Administration and or Front Office in an Industrial or Corporate Environment.
Previous exposure to Human Resources would be an advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be computer literate in MS Office.
Friendly and well presented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to all calls directed to or through switchboard.
Take messages as and when required.
Follow correct procedure when emergency alarm is signaled.
Attend to Company’s posting, courier services and internal mail distribution.
Keep canteen and administration notice boards updated.
Provide administrative support to HR.
Create/activate, print and terminate access cards.
Manage access control system.
Process SAP requisitions
Scheduling of travelling logistics.
Adherence to all cGMP and SHE rules and regulations.
Excellent organisational skills and have a systematic approach to completing tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).
Must have ability to plan work with an honest approach.
Able to work in a team and independently as and when required.
