STEPS TO FOLLOW
(1) Go onto the NSFAS website
(2) Go to ‘Sign in’
(3)Enter your email address only, then selelect ‘I forgot my password’ at the bottom
(4)Enter your ID number
(5)Select whether you want to reset your email address or password
(6)Select ‘Submit’
(7)They’ll send you a link via email and onto your cellphone number
(8)Open that link and you will be able to reset your password
Try use passwords that you’ll remember.

Example: If your name is Mulalo and your birthday is on the 23rd October
Use a password like this: Mulalo23

Keep it short, simple and easy to remember. Entering the wrong email or password 3 times is what causes your account to lock. Use these easy steps to unlock it again.
