REQUIREMENTS
To teach Grades 8 – 12
We are seeking the services of a dynamic, hardworking, and creative individual
to teach History from Grades 8 – 12.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Have a passion for History and a deep desire to share this enthusiasm with his/her colleagues and the boys within his/her care.
Hold suitable qualifications and have experience in teaching History from Grade 8-12.
Demonstrate vision and innovation, including the use of technology, in his/her teaching and modes of assessment.
Work effectively as a member of a dynamic department.
Contribute, beyond the classroom, to the academic; sporting and cultural life of the school, including a likely role in the Bishops’ History Society.
Be suitably qualified to teach other subjects offered at the school. Please reference this in your covering letter/CV.
Hold South African citizenship and a valid SACE number.
