REQUIREMENTS
An ABET certificate.
One (1) to two (2) years of general worker experience will be an added bonus.
Knowledge of general work in handling equipment and devices.
Knowledge of working on various general jobs, including the lawn care process.
Knowledge of the pruning and clearing process and techniques.
Basic knowledge of the use of chemical products (dilution / mixing). Knowledge of chemicals.
Basic knowledge daily maintenance procedures for efficient machine / equipment performance.
Basic to support the use of water and
water resources strategy.
Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Basic knowledge of garden maintenance and planting practices.
Basic understanding of government legislation.
Knowledge of the use of brush cutters, submersible pumps, chain blocks and bridge cranes.
Good communication skills. Ability to work under supervision and in a team.
You must be punctual, productive, and loyal.

HOMEWORK
Loading and unloading of tools, materials and equipment on a daily basis.
Assist with the cleaning and repair of the water supply / distribution system (channels, drains,
dams, pipes, structures, etc.) during dry periods.
Help cut and remove grass, brush, and trees from all easements as instructed.
Assist with the repair of all fences, as well as the installation of new fences when necessary.
Help with the concrete mix as needed.
Assist with the construction of concrete channels, as well as with the placement of concrete for buildings and structures when necessary.
Use the brush cutter and brush cutter as needed.
Maintain and care for machinery, equipment, tools, and property.
Help with the painting equipment.
Assist in the cleaning and repair of mechanical equipment (valves, generators, gearboxes, pipes, etc.).
Help with the construction of steel structures.
Assist in the cleaning and repair of electrical equipment (electrical panels, electrical cables, lights, electrical starters, etc.) that may involve digging holes and trenches.
