FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
GERMISTON, JHB East
We are looking for a young vibrant school leaver as a Front Office Receptionist
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
You will be responsible for performing full clerical, administrative and general office duties including but not limited to typing, file maintenance, mail distribution, setting up of meetings, and telephone reception.
Full administrative functionality, including but not limited to:
• Reception & Access Control
• Answering of telephones in a professional manner, screening calls for Directors and Project Managers
• Day to day office management and filing
• Collation of documents
• Obtaining quotations
• Processing of work orders
• Invoicing
• Liaising with field staff – requesting reports
• Setup and maintenance of excel spreadsheets
• Diary management
• Driver allocation
• Any other ad hoc requirements
Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• Computer literacy on MS Office package is essential and candidate to be very proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Must have excellent telephone etiquette
• Excellent organizational and administration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of the English Language (read, write, and speak)
• Good time management skills
• Ability to focus on attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• A people’s person that is well spoken, social, ambitious, and willing to learn
• Must have own car and valid driver’s license
• Must be a self-starter
