The Right Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager in Johannesburg to manage the day-to-day operations of the Club’s Food and Beverage facilities, as well as plan growth and development thereof.

• Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Food & Beverage
• Innovative initiative-taker with great leadership and mentoring skills
• Driven independent thinker who takes ownership over the operation.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal), as well as customer service skills.
• Good people skills and ability to build relationships
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Creative individual who can produce new initiatives/concepts to improve revenue.
Minimum /Previous Experience:
• 10 years’ experience in Food & Beverage
• Experience in Hospitality, Club or similar environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate
• Hospitality Industry Tertiary Qualification
