Responsibilities
Responding to quotation requests for products/services
Responsible for sales of products and services to clients
Coordinating client appointments and product deliveries
Maintaining and filling of all the company documentation
Engaging with marketing team for all marketing initiatives
Updating website content and online shop product listings
Coordinating all the internal and external communications
Managing the company day to day operations and projects
Responsible for company day to day administration issues
Preparing tender documentation and marketing materials
Updating of books of accounts using accounting software
Answering calls and responding to all customer enquiries
Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships
Capturing of work orders and details of all work performed
Managing employee records and monitoring of compliance
Coordinating daily office activities and business operations
Responsible for travel arrangements for employees on duty
Responsible for coordinating projects for all our subsidiaries
Monitoring supplier inventory and procurement of materials
Arrangement of company meetings and all corporate events
Work Experience
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar company
Digital/Social Media marketing experience an added advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills will be essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
Education and Skills
Diploma in Business Administration and /or Secretarial Studies
Diploma or certification in Project Management is an advantage
