REQUIREMENTS
1 year of IT desktop support experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Office 365
Qualifications A + and N +
Well presented and spoken candidate, seeking to establish a career with a progressive and dynamic organization.
Good work ethic and passion for IT required
Technical skills with:
Office 365
MS Office
Laptop Hardware and Network Hardware
SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Key performance areas
Install, upgrade, support, evaluate, and troubleshoot IT systems, server rooms, network applications, software, and hardware
Diagnose and resolve Windows application and network problems
Customize your desktop hardware
Provide desktop support
Create user accounts
Maintain SharePoint sites and manage user permissions
Maintain IT records and confidentiality.
Hardware software inventory tracking and creation
Provide backup systems, desktop and network support
