MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Well presented and professional BEE candidate
Fully bilingual in English and another local official language of South Africa (full command of English required: speaking, reading and writing)
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 1 year of work experience in DEBT ADVICE A MUST (no experience in debt collection)
Experience in dealing with consumers and credit providers essential
You should have a good understanding of frequently asked questions related to the debt review process.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email (max domain is advantageous)
Ability to work within SLAs and within deadlines
Clean criminal and credit records
Strong people and communication skills.

DUTIES
Debt Counseling Duties for Debt Solutions Company
Telephone interaction with clients and potential clients regarding various products and services related to debt review and financial wellness.
Maintain correspondence and liaison with clients, internal stakeholders and third parties.
Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to educate consumers on the process and next steps.
Verification of validity of Form 16 requests and supporting documents
Accurately capture customer information for new application processing and confirm the accuracy of any information preloaded into the QC system
Knowledge of the debt review process
SALARY
R 7,000.00 – R 9,000.00 maximum gross (Depending on experience in DEBT COUNSELING)
