WORK DESCRIPTION
Hollywoodbets offers exciting opportunities for X6 data loggers to be based at our Umhlanga office in Durban. This position is responsible for auditing and archiving clients’ FICA documents in a timely manner, as well as updating client account statements according to documents received through various channels, i.e. email, FICA self-service. , mobile scans, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
6 months experience in a customer service role.
Advantageous computer skills
Knowledge of the Excel spreadsheet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the accuracy of daily / weekly / monthly reporting statistics.
Verification of the accuracy of the FICA information in SYX with the supporting documents attached to the system.
Evaluate the accuracy of the account and rectify errors in accordance with FICA requirements.
Please review the FICA supporting documents to ensure they meet the requirements and the FICA bonuses are allocated accordingly.
Make sure that the account statements are modified according to the results of the evaluation.
Daily communication and reports on the discrepancies found.
Prepare a daily report of all assigned accounts for auditing purposes.
Identify active accounts that have pending documents and attach relevant documents to ensure compliance.
Consistently achieve the quality and productivity objectives established daily, weekly, monthly.
Take on additional ad-hoc tasks when required by the business.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
Good report writing skills. (Verbal and written).
