WORK DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the roles include, but are not limited to:
Five shifts per week
Answer customer phone lines
Respond to backend customer inquiries
Respond to customer requests appropriately
Call clients with updates as needed
Customer surveys
Data Capture
