The Right Company are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for a FMCG client on the West Rand
The duties will include but will not be limited to:
• Assists the technicians in raising of quotes and the creation of job cards
• Manages and reports on the progress of all repairs undertaken
• Provides dealers and end-users with feedback with respect to all work undertaken
• General administration and coordination with respect to service calls in the Service Centre
• Maintain a database of all workshops related information
• Creation of all order numbers for repairs sent to suppliers
• Contact customers for “Go-aheads” and follow ups on outstanding jobs with dealers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12/Matric
• Tertiary qualification highly beneficial
• At least 2 – 3 years customer service experience
• Computer literate
• High energy levels
