CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

DESCRIPTION
One of the largest fast moving consumer goods companies within south Africa is recruiting for a Consumer Care consultant for their Feminine Hygiene division. This position will be based in Lordsview, Midrand and requires a well-spoken individual with previous exposure and experience within Consumer Care for a FMCG company.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
2-3-year experience in Consumer Care environment specifically for a FMCG.
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with Feminine Hygiene products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Case logging:
Prompt and professional answering of calls.
Attention to detail when capturing information.
Asking the right questions to clearly understand the query or complaint.
Interpreting information to ensure accurate categorising.
Answering of email queries and complaints.
Social media query and complaint interactions.

Case Management:
Escalating cases to relevant manufacturing units for action.
Following up on case feedback with manufacturing units.
Interpreting information received from manufacturing units.
Dealing with retail/wholesale stores when required.
Providing appropriate feedback to consumers.
Providing mobile vouchers to consumers.
Arranging courier collections/deliveries when required.
Arranging laboratory collections when required.
