Client based in STUTTERHEIM requires a Creditors Clerk with at least 4 years experience in a Credit Control environment.
CANDIDATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE:
• Diploma in Financial Accounting
• Experience with SAGE Evolution
• Good computer literacy – MS Office, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of Creditors control, reconciliations, invoices and payment methods
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, analytical, attention to detail
THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES:
• Invoicing Administration – checking and capturing
• Reconciliations
• Payments – full process including authorisation from Management
• General Admin- credit applications, filing, reports, spreadsheets, emails and other correspondence.
