Corvest Corporation is seeking a competent manager (ages 20-30) for the Somerset West offices. This position requires competence, attention to detail, and exceptional competence. Provide administrative support to all clients and implement all processes related to client service within the firm. Assist with administrative support in other office-related areas when needs arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
South African Matric Certificate
Recognized ratings in the insurance industry would be beneficial
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with management to ensure that the office is suitable for optimal operation.
Perform all general administration tasks in all service lines offered to clients.
Manage all financial advisers’ journals competently
Send scheduled meetings to financial advisors
Make sure all processes and procedures are followed as outlined by the company on a daily basis
Execute the program and daily requirements of the directors
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years as an administrator
