Leadership and Culture Co-Ordinator – HILLCREST, KZN

Knowledge and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12
• HR tertiary qualification (an advantage)
• Developing presentations, charts, etc. using advanced excel and PowerPoint expertise
• Event planning and co-ordination
• 2-3 year’s co-ordination experience ideally in an HR/L&D environment
• Moodle (not a prerequisite)

Duties include but not limited to:

• To support the Leadership and Culture Programme Lead and Chief Leadership Officer with all leadership interventions in the business and all related functions.
• Sourcing, evaluating and developing relationships with service providers, coordinating learning events/activities and all administration for L&D.
• There are a number of practical and admin related functions that need to take place in order to ensure the goals of the leadership and development department are achieved.
• Key Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas:
• Managing diaries for the Department.
• Responsible for the Dragon Hunter website and all functions relating to the full/ smooth operation of the Moodle platform.
• Co-ordinate all workshops, with all relevant admin requirements.
• Co-ordinate all coaching activities.
• All admin relating to the Leadership & Culture Department.
