RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement a performance management system to measure compliance and level of work quality.
Assist with the distribution of information.
Perform specific tasks and activities associated with administration procedures.
Diary management and phone management
Taking minutes and drafting presentations
Coordinate all activities pertaining to the office, receive visitor and provide refreshment
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12/NQF level 4.
1 years’ experience in secretarial duties
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of the processes, best practices and policies and procedures on health issues
Attention to detail and quality focused
Time management
Organizational skills and ability to function under stress
Friendly and outspoken
