DUTIES
– Communal toilets cleaning & sanitising
– Emptying and cleaning waste bins twice a day
– Remove all waste to a specified municipality collection area
– General sweeping or mopping of tiled floor in main walkway.
– Maintain cleanliness of main entrances and walkway.
– Spot cleaning to be done when necessary
– Keep main entrance clean
– Damp wipe all hygiene fittings
– Pick up litter in the parking area and remove to the dedicated area on daily basis
– Collect litter and keep outside periphery of complex clean
– Daily clean -up of overflow in the refuse area if applicable
– Provide refuse bags for the bins daily when required
– Remove all weeds in and around the centre
– Periodically clean vacant units
– Deep Cleaning/chemical treatment of ablutions once every month.
– Clean and check all drains(internal /external ) daily and remove debris .
– Report blocked drains and leaking taps.
Frequency : Weekdays : 07h00 to 16h00
