CASHBOOK CONTROLLER
Location: Cape Town Southern Suburb
REQUIREMENTS
National Diploma in Accounting or BCom Degree
Grade 12 with Accounting (Higher Grade)
5 years cashbook experience in engineering environment
Must have strong experience with Cashbook Module.
Must have Syspro experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
MSyspro 8 – Cash Book Module-A MUST HAVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Claims management
Month end reporting
Queries and reconciliations
Self-discipline, attention to detail, and customer relation skills
Allocate sundry payments received on a daily basis, and process of payments
Liaising with sundry creditors for statements
Monitor delivery of invoices to ensure invoices delivered according to standard operating procedure
Implement approved policies and procedures and monitor adherence
