A well-established Boutique Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Candidate Attorney to join their team.

Location: Claremont, Cape Town
We specialise in Franchising in the restaurant and hospitality industry and General Practice encompassing Commercial Law including Shareholders Agreements, Sale of Business Agreements, Franchise Agreements and Leases. We also specialise in Insolvency Law encompassing liquidations and general High Court and Magistrate Court litigation also form a large part of our practice.
We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and eagerness to learn. You also need to be presentable and engaging in nature with the ability to exercise your discretion and fit into a close on-on-one relationship with the Principal and Associate. You should be willing to go the extra mile and use your initiative. It is also extremely essential to have excellent time management skills and to work well under pressure.
Description:
Working hours: 08h00 – 17h30 but must be willing to put in extra hours when required.
Perform day to day legal administration work, serving and filing at court.
Draft letters and legal documents.
Manage numerous cases
Attend consultations and keep accurate and details notes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- LLB
- Sound Academic Record
- Driver’s license and own car preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Work well in a high pressure environment
