JOB PURPOSE
To Market and cross sell Financial and maintain your customer portfolio and to ensure that all related queries and complaints are dealt with in a professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Update and inform customers & clients of our new products
Market and cross sell financial services (credit + mobile + insurance)
Develop new sales leads and to build a database of potential clients;
Maintain and grow existing business by cross selling and upselling opportunities;
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
+2 years experience selling insurance or other financial services
Target orientated
Meets FAIS Fit and Proper requirements as per legislation
Personal qualities
Minimum age of 28 years old
Confident and able to convince clients
Proactive
