REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12/Matric Certificate
Call Centre or any relevant Certificate
4 – 5 years client service/call centre experience required
Experience in a transport industry would be advantageous
Effective computer skills including proficient use of Word, Excel, essential
Driver’s License (Code 08)
