Computer literacy
Be able to listen to the client’s query and respond appropriately
Perfect phone tag
Able to handle irate customers
Capable of multitasking

Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with information about products and services.
Effectively handle work stress, angry callers, and annoyed customers
Support and provide superior service via phone, email, and fax as receiver and caller
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Enter customer information and update
Process orders accurately
Identify and escalate priority problems
Sell ​​to customers
Route calls to the appropriate resources
Follow up on customer calls when needed
Complete attendance records
Meets customer commitments
Other tasks assigned by management
