DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a candidate who is currently in the position of Assistant Manager and who wants to move to the position of Store Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Tertiary education in the supply chain (advantage)
FMCG experience
Willing to work retail hours
Must have reliable transportation
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Ability to assume leadership and ownership
Practical approach to management style
Taking care of the store and the needs of the employees
Hardworking, loyal, trustworthy and trustworthy
Take your own initiative
Runs the store in the absence of the manager
Knowledge of stock management
Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
Good administrative skills
Receiving stock make sure it arrives in good condition.
Ability to delegate
Must be able to cope with disciplinary procedures.
Customer service experience
Ensure the presence of staff in the store
