Individuals must have strong work ethic, sound wine knowledge and a hands-on approach to service operations.
REQUIREMENTS
A formal hospitality qualification will be advantageous
Excellent wine knowledge
All vaccinations up to date
Experience in stock management & reporting, staff management & development
Own vehicle and driver’s license
